Following the success of our plaids to embroider, our collection is growing. This Amboise model is sewn on the same checkered linen as our Versailles Red model.

The style of the models are inspired by vintage models evoquing the Loire Valley Chateaux and the Renaissance period: squirrel, swallow, dog, stag, monkey, peacock, maid and squire. 

The particularity of this plaid is that it is embroidered using Laine Saint-Pierre, giving it a matt aspect, which is particularly in keeping with the style of the motifs.

Presented in a lovely square box (orange or blue, subject to availability) With a matt silver Sajou stamped on the lid, this kit contains:

• A square of red and natural coloured checkered linen measuring 90 cm x 90 cm,
• 15 cards of Laine Saint-Pierre in five different colours: 510 (red), 930 (marble blue), 452 (garnet) 705 (Gobelin blue) et 732 (Gitane blue).
• 4 metres of Comptoir Sajou n°1 ribbon, for mounting,
• a needle,
• two full colour charts for the motifs and mounting instructions (the explanations are in French and English).

Only the backing fabric is not supplied, so you can harmonise it with your interior.
