Following the success of our Chambord model, we have received lots of requests for other models of plaids to embroider. This model requires less work than the first model, because it is sewn on checkered fabric, so it doen't have to be patched together at the end. The Versailles model is 100% Sajou, because the cross-stitch motifs represent our thread cards and it bears the name of our town.

The motifs are those of our Caen, Bayeux, Paris et Vire series of thread cards.

Presented in a beautiful square box (orange or blue subject to availability), embossed with Sajou in matt silver, this kit contains:

• a square of checkered navy/natural linen measuring 90 cm x 90 cm,
• 17 thread cards containing about 20 metres each in 17 different colours,
• 4 metres of Kilim ribbon, for binding,
• a needle,
• a Sajou red album n° 902 ,
• a full-colour explanation chart for the motif layout and for assembling the plaid.

Only the backing fabric is not supplied, so that you can harmonize the plaid with your interior. 

This model includes a ribbon with a red background and fine blue and pink stripes.
